  • The semi-private/duet venue is the next best thing to a private.

  • The concentration is on functional and prescriptive movements that will enhance both students’ practice.

Group Classes:

  • Group classes were originally designed for maintenance and a venue to practice and hone the skills you have developed in your private or semi-private sessions.
  • The student to teacher ratio now becomes anywhere between four to twelve students to one teacher.
  • In a class setting you will be moving more quickly through a predetermined set of exercises and asked to use the skills you have accrued to explore your body’s capabilities.
  • Group sessions are a good way to challenge your acquired skill set and develop rhythm and fluidity in your practice.
  • • Bodylogic schedule of group classes, class descriptions and class locations.
