Who is our CORRECTIVE BODYWORK practitioner?
Lara Logan entered the physical rehabilitation field in 1999 and began to work in the out-patient physical therapy environment as a licensed clinician in 2001. Since completing her massage certification education, Lara has completed more than 400 hours in continuing education courses related specifically to bodywork. In furthering her education specific to injury recovery, Lara completed her Orthopedic Massage Certification in 2006 with OMERI Institute. Lara’s endeavors have focused on the study of MFR working under experienced practitioners in MFR techniques and its exclusive application in the rehabilitation environment. She has worked with both recreational and professional athletes throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding areas.

How Can You Make Your CORRECTIVE BODYWORK Session More Relaxing and Rewarding?
- • Let us know your goals for CORRECTIVE BODYWORK: Depending on your goals of the session, a variety of tissue techniques can be geared to your body.
- • All sessions include a postural assessment both standing and lying. Specific areas of concern are also included in the assessment.
- • Bring shorts and bra/sports bra/bare chest for men to each session.
- • Plan to arrive a few minutes early to change and use the restroom to allow full session time for assessment and CORRECTIVE BODYWORK.
